HOW IT WORKS....
• Gather your photographs and/or keepsakes
• If you choose to use all photographs, please provide at least 6 images for me to choose from.
• Flat keepsake dimensions can only be 1” x 1”
• 3-D keepsake dimensions can only be 1” x 1” x .25”

• Send your original photographs and keepsakes via postal mail to:

• Payment can be made using a personal check, Visa, or Mastercard
